This little 1920’s cottage has “Good Bones”, but had a few basic issues which needed addressing.

• The main entrance needed a clearer visual access from the street so visitors feel welcome
• It needed architectural character which we developed by adding new Bungalow style siding and detail, new windows and extensive decking.
• The front door opened straight into the living room. Adding a vestibule, vastly improved space planning options for the Living Room.
• A small entry was also added to the side entrance to improve a feeling of spaciousness.
• A small addition to the kitchen dramatically improved the useable space as we were able to triple counter space and cabinetry.
